Gowin Semiconductor is a corporation specializing in semiconductor circuit design with diverse products such as programmable logic components, intellectual property (IP) cores, design software tools (EDA), and KITs development products etc. The purpose is to promote research activities, technology transfer, equipment funding, exchange and training of students and lecturers of the FEEE.

The purpose of the seminar is to create opportunities for students to learn about large-scale specialized competitions and gain access to the development of applied research projects and innovative startups. At the same time, the competition also promotes international exchange and integration activities as well as promotes cooperation between universities, institutes and businesses.

The success of a group of students majoring in Automation and Control Engineering major of FEEE, TDTU at the MTA Challenges 2024 competition is a testament to their creativity, effort, and spirit of learning. The MTA Challenges competition is a promising start for talented young generations, contributing to the development of the automation and robotics industry in the future.

The final round of the competition welcomed three outstanding teams that had demonstrated remarkable ideas during the preliminary stage. The judging panel evaluated their performance and selected the first, second, and third prizes along with corresponding awards.

Through the working session, the two sides had more opportunities to cooperate in research as well as incorporate semiconductor technology into the curriculum for students studying at TDTU. Thereby contributing to the training of future semiconductor technology engineers.

The application of the "flipped classroom" model in teaching has shown that it not only fosters initiative and interest in learning for students but also contributes to the innovation of teaching methods, improves learning efficiency, and helps develop critical thinking and skills among learners.

At the working session, Dr. Huynh Van Van disseminated regulations and content related to internships of the Faculty and University. At the same time, Faculty and CNAM’s students agreed on the internship time and schedule in Vietnam in the near future. Besides, Dr. Fayaz Hussain shared research issues and working environment in Vietnam.

At the program, the Alumni Liaison Committee introduced and shared several areas of activity and new technologies of companies and businesses where alumni are working. They shared about the goals, activity programs and development orientation of the ALC. At the same time, alumni have also actively contributed ideas to the training program of the FEEE.

The contest "Students with Start-up ideas" brings great opportunities for competing teams to access investment opportunities as well as practical and practical knowledge. The contest truly become an annual activity that attracts the attention of a large number of students nationwide, educational institutions, and businesses.
