The Faculty has established many diverse research groups in various fields, including the strong Advanced Intelligent Technology Research Group (AITECH), which was founded with the mission of contributing to the development of science and technology in Vietnam.

Each year, the Faculty contributes over 100 international publications to prestigious conferences and journals, including works ranked in the top 5 ISI journals with the highest index in the field. The Faculty also holds 2 USPTO (United States) patents and implements numerous technology transfer projects. In 2021, the Faculty had 2 faculty members ranked among the top 2% of global scientists.
