SKYVISION – Ton Duc Thang University: A Journey of Pride Writing the Sky’s Miracle at UAV Cup PV GAS 2025

SkyVision, the outstanding representative of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), became the focal point of the UAV Cup PV GAS 2025. Amidst the fervent atmosphere at the C500 Stadium, where 28 of the country's strongest teams converged, the team wrote an inspiring story of mettle, intelligence, and the desire to master aerospace technology through consistent performance and superior strategy.

Right from the group stage, SkyVision asserted absolute dominance with three consecutive victories, setting impressive performance differentials. On the first day of competition, the team opened with a convincing win against THR.USTH with a differential of +200, showcasing precise UAV control and optimized flight path strategy. On the second day, TDTU continued to overwhelm VAA EEE with +300, proving complete control over the competition space. Even when facing DUT_ME_DRONETEAM – one of the strongest teams in the Central region – on the final day, SkyVision played calmly, accurately, finishing the match with +250 points. These three straight wins propelled the TDTU young men straight into the Quarter-finals with a solid position as the strongest team in Group G.

Continuing their winning streak, SkyVision entered the knockout rounds with steely determination and split-second precise UAV handling decisions. In the Quarter-finals, facing the experienced HCMUTE–FME, the team maintained an aggressive pace, coordinated seamlessly, and secured a win to advance to the Semi-finals. In the breathtaking Semi-final 2 against VANLANGUAV – an opponent known for flexible tactics and persistent play – SkyVision demonstrated superior resilience, surging forward at the crucial moment to advance directly to the historic UAV Cup PV GAS 2025 Final. These consecutive knockout victories are clear evidence of a confident, courageous SkyVision collective, always ready to overcome any pressure.

SkyVision's journey shone brightest when they entered the Final match against BK-IAV – the strongest and most experienced team in the tournament. In that high-stakes battle, the team not only overcame their opponent but also created a defining victory with a performance marked by the golden imprint of accuracy and nerve. At the decisive moment, the champions made a spectacular breakthrough and set a new tournament record of 850 points, the highest score ever recorded in this year's season. This is more than just a win; it is an affirmation of the class and superior power of TDTU's intellect.

This victory is the culmination of months of research into the UAV model, testing strategies, and rigorous training in high-pressure simulation flights. The solidarity among the members, along with the dedicated guidance from faculty, forged a strong SkyVision team – where every individual shone to contribute to the collective miracle. With the championship title and the 850-point record, SkyVision concluded the UAV Cup PV GAS 2025 season with a historical milestone, generating immense pride for Ton Duc Thang University. This journey does not end with the cup; it opens up a new future for technological dreams and the aspiration of TDTU students to soar further in the sky of innovation.
