Seminar on “Renewable Energy in Digital Century”

Renewable energy (renewable energy) such as energy comes from the sun, wind, tides, etc., and developing these clean resources to contribute the environment protection are being incentive to widely development. By getting this point, November 16th 2019, at room C207 of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) – Tan Phong campus, the Faculty of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (FEEE) held seminar “Renewable Energy in Digital Century” with the attendance of numerous FEEE’s students and experts on RE.

At the seminar, students were lectured about the features of the RE resources, the operation principle of energy conversion with existing technologies being strongly developed in the world. Today, there are so many problems which are concerned by the experts such as the COemission at the alarming level, Green House Effect, lack of the power, fossil fuel gradually getting exhausted, and consequences of harmful effects from the environment pollution situation. That is one of the reason emphasized by expert in order to affirm the pertinent role of RE in this period. To create delight of students with RE, the Indian expert performed some researches on Solar Power Energy and incent students to open their mind by releasing exciting questions as well as present wishes to study on this great promising field.

The seminar brings not only a comprehended vision of RE in the future but also an opportunity for students to learn new session in relation to major. Simultaneously, this is a chance to exchange ideas and wishes to deeply research for the purpose of effectively applying technologies of RE into real life.
