On the morning of January 1st, 2021, at room A101, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University held the scholarship awarding ceremony for freshman K24 with the theme "Mutual friendship".
Attending the ceremony with the presence of the Faculty Management Board including Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau (Dean, Representative of Automation Department), Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong (Deputy Dean, Head of Electronics and Telecommunications), Dr. Huynh Van Van (Assistant Dean), and all the lecturers of the Faculty. The program shows the interest of the university, especially the Faculty Management Board, lecturers and companionship of the business with poor students from different regions. Thereby, to promptly encourage and motivate the students to continue their efforts and strive in study.
At the program, the Faculty of Electrical - Electronics Engineering together with other businesses awarded a NANOIT scholarship worth 6,000,000 VND for the student Cao Quyen Anh and a sponsored scholarship of 5,000,000 VND for each academic year from Dr. Dinh Hoang Bach (Head of Electrical Engineering). At the end of the program, the sponsored scholarship awarded for the student to help him have motivation and faith to overcome all and step firmly on his career. It is a comfort and encouragement both physically and mentally to help him alleviate the difficulties of the current life and fulfill his ambition to become an engineer in the future.
