On October 25, 2025, students from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), guided by Dr. Pham Huu Ly, visited the Nam Long company's rooftop solar power plant.
During the tour, students had the opportunity to directly examine modern technology and equipment, as well as learn about the real construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems of Nam Long. In addition, students are given to the depth guidance of experts from PowerTech Company to a prominent solar power company.
Besides, students were able to directly observe the process of using Flycam to check and monitor the operating status of the solar battery system. This monitoring technology helps technical engineers to accurately assess and ensure safety in the management and operation of the solar power system.
The field trip to Nam Long Company is an opportunity for students to connect theoretical knowledge and practice. This helps serve their upcoming graduation project and further orient their career in renewable energy.
