Entrepreneurship Experience Sharing and Networking Program for Students

On the afternoon of April 17, 2026, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an Entrepreneurship Experience Sharing and Networking Program for students, featuring distinguished alumni who are currently holding leadership positions in industry. The program aimed to strengthen the connection among the Faculty, industry partners, and alumni, while creating an interactive platform for students to engage, exchange ideas, and gain practical insights into entrepreneurship, project development, and business growth.

Through this activity, students were equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and design business models. This initiative contributes to enhancing students’ innovation capacity and adaptability in the context of rapid technological transformation.

The invited speakers included Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Director of Solar Solutions Joint Stock Company, and Mr. Tran Quoc Ha, Chief Executive Officer and Academic Advisor of Ha English Center, both of whom are alumni of the Faculty. The program also welcomed the participation of faculty members and students from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, fostering a dynamic and open exchange environment.

The program content focused on sharing real-world entrepreneurial journeys of alumni in the fields of renewable energy (solar power) and English education and training. It also introduced the process of idea generation, business model development, and project implementation from the initial stage to real-world operation. In addition, the speakers analyzed opportunities, challenges, and key lessons learned in business development, market expansion, and project management.

Furthermore, the speakers discussed essential skills for students engaging in entrepreneurial activities, including creative thinking, self-learning ability, teamwork, and professional development. The interactive discussion session between students and alumni provided valuable insights into career orientation and development opportunities in the fields of technology, energy, and education, while addressing students’ questions related to academic development, project implementation, and entrepreneurship.

The program not only delivered inspiring and practical stories from successful alumni but also encouraged students to proactively connect with industry partners, the startup ecosystem, and available resources for idea development. Overall, the event contributed to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and innovation among students of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, aligning with the goal of training high-quality human resources to meet the demands of society and the labor market in the digital era.
