On the morning of March 20th, 2021, at room D0906, Ton Duc Thang University, the second Electronic Board Manufacturing Contest was held – academic year 2020 -2021. The contest was organized by the Club of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (CEEE) with the aim of creating the opportunity for students to study and show off the ability that applying to knowledge in practice. The competition started at 7:30 AM and ended at 4:00 PM on March 20th, 2021 with the participation of numerous students of the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Faculty.
This is the second time the competition has been held this year and attracts more than 200 students attending. At the contest, students have the opportunity to contact the electric components and circuit boards as well as assemble those components and solder them together. Then, that circuit board will be checked for stability as well as compare the operation of the actual board and the theoretic one. After the contest, the jury chooses the students had the best performance among the participants: the first prize belonged to student Huynh Minh Man and Le Nhat Linh; next the second prize was given to student Vo Van Ven and Nguyen Duy Khanh Minh; and at the third prize we had student Le Anh Hao and Tran Chi Nghia
Through the contest, students had the opportunity to interfere with practical problems in circuit design and manufacturing, promote thinking and ability to solve the actual circumstances. Moreover, the content brings to them a fair competitive environment as well as creating motivation for students.
