On September 17, 2022, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE), Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), held a seminar between businesses and alumnus at hall 10F on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment to collect information and suggestions from the participants. Therefore, it could receive potential solutions to improve the training program quality of the Faculty, adapting to the requirements of enterprises and society.
The seminar welcomed the former Deans of the Faculty, including Dr. Dinh Son Tu, Dr. Tran Van Thanh, and Dr. Vo Hoang Duy. There was also the attendance of Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau – Dean of Faculty, Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong – Vice Dean of Faculty, and Dr. Huynh Van Van – Assistant Dean of the Faculty with lecturers, officials, businesses, alumnus, and students of the FEEE. Opening the seminar, Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau gave a speech to summarize the history of formation and development of the FEEE during the past 25 years. Following that, Mr. Nguyen Huu Vinh - Head of Training Department, Power Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City, and representatives of organizations congratulated the Faculty and the University on their success in training such talented human resources to contribute to the corporations and society. Subsequently, Mr. Pham Nhat Truong, a former student, had a share that his generation had been lucky and proud to study at the FEEE, Ton Duc Thang University. In addition, Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong presented the faculty's training program in 2022 and asked for suggestions from businesses and alumnus in the discussion part. Finalizing the seminar was an introduction of members from the Alumnus Liaison Committee of the FEEE, comprising Mr. Phan Thanh Tai - Head of the Alumnus Liaison, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tu - Deputy Head of Alumnus Liaison, and Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien - Member.
At the end of the seminar, faculty administrators, businesses, and alumnus with all lecturers and staff of the FEEE took pictures to save these memorable moments. This event also marked the great success and outstanding development that the Faculty achieved throughout the 25 years.
