Enhancement of color uniformity and color rendering index by red Y2O3 phosphor for white LEDs

Abstract:  In this paper, the improvement method for the performance of the multi-chip white-light LED (MCW-LED) is proposed. By injected red Y2O3 in phosphor structures with coherence concentration, DCCT and CRI can obtain the expected results.
