4. Programme Objectives -(POs)

PO1:  Graduates will become the electronic and telecommunication engineers with good basic knowledge, both in theory and in experiments.

PO2:  Graduates are able to pursue advanced degrees or certifications in engineering, academia, research and display critical thinking, creativity, independent learning and desire for lifelong learning. 

PO3: Graduates are able to design, implement the electronic equipment, operate the telecommunication systems; manage, consult, and provide technical support on electronic and telecommunication products and projects.

PO4:  Graduates have ability to work independently as well as together in groups in high pressure environment; ability to develop and integrate in high quality job market; ability to communicate effectively in English to be able to work in international companies or organizations.

Basic knowledge on politics, natural sciences and social sciences, knowledge on foreign language and informatics.

ELO1: Apply the ideology as well as current policies of the government in practice.

ELO2: Apply general knowledge such as mathematics, physics, chemistry and programming languagues.

ELO3: Use English efficiently (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent), use Microsoft Office proficiently (equivalent to MOS certificate with the score at least 750/1000)

Specialized knowledge

Fundamental knowledge on electrical engineering; specialized knowledge on  electronics and telecommunications.

ELO4: Analyze basic electronic circuits and basic communication systems.

ELO5: Apply the specialized knowledge to regular processes and systems in electronics and telecommunications.
