Research cooperation between Faculty of mechanical engineering (Technical University of Ostrava - Czech Republic) and Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Ton Duc Thang University)

In the morning of March 4, 2019, at the meeting room C, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Technical University of Ostrava and Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) had a meeting to exchange new research directions for establishing a research group specializing in Robotics and Automation.

The Technical University of Ostrava was founded in 1849 and is one of the four largest public universities in the Czech Republic with seven academic faculties and more than 20,000 students enrolled. With the aim of collaborating research and establishing a research team majoring in Robots and Automation, Scientists coming from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Ostrava and Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Ton Duc Thang University had an exchange of new research directions in the fields mentioned above. Both partners wish to cooperate in many different directions in the future.

The ceremony finished with the satisfaction of both parties. Thanks to this cooperation, TDTU students have more opportunities to practice careers and develop themselves in the future.
