Industrial Engineer (IE)

1

Responsible for process guidance and efficiency improvement in the production process of products:
(1) Responsible for process review of new product introduction, process flow & SOP writing
(2) Responsible for the formulation of manpower & UPH & standard working hours for new products and mass production stages, and the introduction of production auxiliary tools
(3) Responsible for on-site operation guidance and process exception handling.
(4) Responsible for improving the overall efficiency of production
(5) Responsible for responding to customer line audit and process audit
(6) Responsible for production process layout planning and standardization"

(1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above; Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering,ect.
(2) Work experience: Internship experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
(3) Work skills: Proficient in office software, familiar with IE knowledge and skills
(4) Language requirements: Chinese or English-Intermediate

MES Engineer

1

Responsible for MES.WMS function maintenance, secondary development, etc.
(1) Secondary development of MES.WMS system according to different requirements of different customers
(2) Improve existing system functions
(3) Cooperate with the process maintenance to specify the MES process
(4) Production & warehouse data docking (customer, SAP, industrial software)

(1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above;software engineering, computer science and technology,ect.
(2) Work experience:  Internship experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
(3) Work skills: Proficient in using SQL Visual Studio for data normalization and table design, familiar with oracle database, and proficient in using office software.
(4) Language requirements: Chinese or English-Intermediate

Equipment Engineer (EE)

1

Responsible for the operation, introduction, acceptance, maintenance, inspection and safety management of the company's production line equipment
(1) Introduction/operation/overhaul/maintenance/safety management and document preparation of equipment/processing tool lines
(2) Abnormal working hours control and equipment efficiency improvement
(3) Production equipment safety protection management optimization and maintenance
(4) Production equipment layout planning and standardization, equipment line body and parts consumable account management,
(5) Production equipment/fixture operation management and maintenance
(6) Production equipment/fixture related spare parts and material consumption management

(1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above;Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics and other science and engineering majors
(2) Work experience: Internship experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
(3) Work skills: Proficient in office software, analyze and solve problems,
Proficient in using 2D drawing software
(4) Language requirements: Chinese or English-Intermediate

Electrical/Structural Product Engineer(PE)

Responsible for analyzing the causes of product failure, managing engineering changes, analyzing and improving quality/customer complaints about organizational problems
(1) Confirmation of new product transfer technical data, and assist in the recognition of new electrical specifications;
(2) Analysis and improvement of problem points in the production process of new products, and closed-loop processing of problem points;
(3) Improve the straight-through rate of the production process;
(4) Analysis and improvement of OQA/QE/customer inspection/customer complaint electrical problems.

(1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above;Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics,ect.
(2) Work experience: Internship experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
(3) Work skills: Proficient in office software, analyze and solve problems,
Proficient in using 2D drawing software
(4) Language requirements: Chinese or English-Intermediate

Manufacturing Engineer

Responsible for safely producing products that meet quality requirements according to the production plan
(1) Cooperate with the PMC department, confirm and implement the production plan, ensure the completion of production tasks, and ensure shipments
(2) Cooperate with the warehouse to ensure the normal supply of production line materials and ensure production
(3) Cooperate withthe technical department, improve the yield rate of the line body, improve poor operation methods, and increase FPY
(4).Cooperate with the QA department, improve product quality, and deal with product quality issues
(5) Improve employee safety awareness, and ensure safe production
(6) Personnel training and on-site 5S management to improve staff skills and create a team with executive power

(1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above;  Industrial engineering,business management, Chinese language,ect.
(2) Work experience:  Internship experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
(3) Work skills: Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, stress resistance, pursuit of success, self-driven;
Proficient in office software such as Excel,PPT,ect
(4) Language requirements:  Chinese-Intermediate
