On the morning of June 12, 2020, at the meeting room C, Keysight Technologies Corporationand Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE), Ton Duc ThangUniversity (TDTU) held a seminar on IoT’sapplications at university level. The seminar was attendedby a large number of lecturers of the FEEE and students who are passionate about researching in IoT devices - INTERNET OF THING.
At the beginning of the seminar, representatives of the Keysight Technologies Corporation had a brief introduction about the company. Then, the second is an overview of IoTas a network of devices, mechanical machines and software for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data via the internet. The curriculum includes subjects, duration, theoretical structure and practice on the equipments. Moreover, the seminar also emphasized that the key areas of the future will have IoTand its great impact on people's lives. This is a technology with great potential for future development not only in Vietnam and the wholeworld in general.
Also in the seminar, Keysight Technologies Corporation highly appreciated step by step the outstanding developments of TDTU in recent time. In the end, the corporation proposed to build an IoT teaching and training model with the representative of TDTU to catch the trend and become a pioneer in this field in Vietnam. Keysight Technologiesmade a committo creating conditions to support and appoint experts to cooperatewith lecturers, graduated students of FEEE to build a comprehensive development for IoT as well as Robot (AI), renewable energy, and 5G.
