On the afternoon of February 10, 2023, at room D903, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE), Ton Duc Thang University held a "Sharing knowledge about Orcad software". The event attracted a lot of attention and participation from students from the FEEE.
The seminar was held in the presence of MSc. Nguyen Thanh Quang and students from the FEEE. Opening the seminar, MSc. Nguyen Thanh Quang introduced the overview as well as the application of Orcad in manufacturing printed circuit boards, drawing principle diagrams, and a series of other features related to electronic circuits. Starting from ideation to drawing principle diagrams with Orcad to drawing printed circuits with Layout Plus, mass coating the circuit, and finally making printed circuits by circuit ironing method. Besides, sharing the use of Orcad to create a complete printed circuit, MSc. Nguyen Thanh Quang also shared useful notes for students when using Orcad for efficiency and accuracy. At the seminar, students not only learned specifically about the application of Orcad software but also designed circuits with Orcad.
At the end of the seminar, there was an exchange and answer question session from the students. The seminar ended successfully when new useful information was conveyed. From the sharing of MSc. Nguyen Thanh Quang in the field of circuit design, the students have enough knowledge to carry out the project subjects later.
