On the morning of May 24-25th, 2022, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE) of Ton Duc Thang University cooperated with the University of Quebec (Canada) and Pusan National University (Korea) to organize an online seminar for students and to provide practical knowledge applied on the labor market and arouse their passion for scientifical research. In addition, the seminar also helped the strengthen cooperation and exchange between Ton Duc Thang University and international universities around the world.
The seminar welcomed the attendance of Dr. Pham Chuan - University of Quebec, Dr. Do Quang Vinh - Pusan University, and Dr. Nguyen Van Dung also Dr Tran Thanh Phuong came from Ton Duc Thang University. Opening the seminar, Dr. Nguyen Van Dung briefly introduced about 6G communication network along with difficulties, advantages, and future research. Next, he shared more about Industry 6.0 with its benefits and some recent studies. Subsequently, there was an exchange activity between students from FEEE and schools via the presentation of a specialized project by student Hoang Hung Phi Long with the topic "Smart Parking: How to find your motorbike" and student Nguyen Cong Danh with "Smart car using indoor positioning system". At the end of the seminar, Dr. Pham Chuan introduced both O-RAN and optimal distribution solutions; then, Dr. Do Quang Vinh continued the information about the outstanding development of artificial intelligence in the 6G system.
Through the seminar, the students could better understand the 6G network system and Industry 6.0, contributing to thoroughly orienting career plans and equipping them with the knowledge that can meet the needs in the current market. Moreover, the seminar also stimulated the spirit of learning, creativity, and research of the students.
