In order to create opportunity for students to expand knowledge on their majors and research fields. Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering held “The first online ballot on graduation thesis” in academic year of 2020-2021. Not only that, the students also had better understanding of knowledge, applications from other majors. This was a chance to help them come up their own ideas for future graduation projects.
The ballot took place in 12 days including round 1, from September 8th2020 to September 13th2020, and round 2, from September 15th 2020 to September 19th2020. With this ballot, the students are much interested through 2.603 votes for their favorite projects. This ballot gave us a better look on the students’ great passion for their pursuing majors.
After 2 rounds, with instruction of Dr. Dang Ngoc Minh Duc, student Nguyen Duc Anh with the topic “Photo processing application for drowsiness warning” had drawn the attention of many students. This thesis was students’ favorite because it would help driving safer. The online ballot will be annual to find breakthrough projects and encourage students to be more studious.
