On the morning of November 2, 2024, in room C411, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE), Ton Duc Thang University took place a meeting and exchange between Partner of TDT university and students to share experiences and necessary skills to conquer employers in the current 4.0 technology era.
Attending the exchange session, the guest was Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Deputy Director of Operations and the leader of the delegation representing Esuhai Co., Ltd, along with Mr. Pham Dang Huy - Head of External Relations in charge of linking universities and colleges. On the side of the FEEE, there were Pham Huu Ly and Phan Tran Dang Khoa- Lecturer of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the participation of students majoring in Electrical Engineering. Through this exchange session, students will be equipped with the necessary skills to build a complete CV, meeting the expectations of employers to accept. In addition, when students interact with guests, it will help students visualize the context of the recruitment interview, grasp the principles and think flexibly to be able to overcome the questions posed by employers.
At the end of the meaningful exchange and experience sharing session, Electrical Engineering major students somewhat understood the employers' desire to equip themselves with social and specialized knowledge, thereby gaining more confidence when attending an interview.
