The electronic board manufacturing contest at the first time of academic year 2019-2020

The first Electronic Board Manufacturing Contest (EBMC) in the school year 2019 – 2020 was organized by the Club of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (CEEE) of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) in order to create the opportunity for students to study and demonstrate the ability that applying to knowledge in practice. The contest took place on October 26th, 2019 with the participation of numerous students of the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Faculty.

The EBMC happens regularly 3 times a year which attracts attendance of over 200 students. At the contest, students have opportunities to interfere with electronic components and boards, perform components assembly, inspect the stability of the electronic board and compare the operation of the actual board and the theoretic one. After the contest, the jury chooses the students had the best performance among the participants: the first prize belonged to Vo Tuan Vi - student ID: 41800979, Nguyen Van Phat - student ID: 41800898; next the second prize was given to Le Anh Hao - student ID: 41800309, Phan Van Dat - student ID: 4180008; and at the third prize we had Do Minh Tan - student ID: 417H0103 and Le Minh Hau - student ID: 417H0047.

Through the contest, students had the opportunity to interfere with practical problems in circuit design and manufacturing, promote thinking and ability to solve the actual circumstances after the theoretic lectures at school, bring to them a fresh, fair and competitive environment as well as sponsor learning spirit of students.
