This is a meaningful program, in line with the trend of digital transformation operation and development. In addition, the program also creates an environment to connect, exchange experiences and seek opportunities for cooperation in production, business, and human resource training in the automation field.
According to Mr. Le Hoai Quoc, many businesses in Vietnam are still ambiguous about digital transformation. This requires organizations and businesses to have a determination to change from their perception, constantly test new things and learn to be familiar with failure. Therefore, many units struggle in the digital transformation process because it is difficult to leave out the core values that have long been inherent. He said that the reason was due to lack of experience in management, lack of careful investment in transformation; Necessary strategies outlined for digital transformation are still in a state of many shortcomings, incomplete and put into practice. However, businesses are also gradually accepting, learning to "exist", trying to implement digital transformation through the application of tools such as cloud computing, chatbots, blockchain or virtual interactive technology.
Participating in the festival helped TDTU students to have a clearer understanding of how to operate businesses effectively and shape future career trends. As well as understanding the requirements of business practices, the readiness to adopt rapid changes in technology to bring domestic enterprises to the threshold of globalization is a basic requirement for success. To do that, students need to participate in research activities on Automation, pay special attention to new digital technology products.
