On April 2, 2025, at Hall 6M, Ton Duc Thang University, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE) successfully organized the 5th Student Dialogue session. This event served as an important bridge between the Faculty's Management Board (FMB) and students, providing an opportunity to directly listen to the opinions, concerns, and aspirations of students, while also promptly addressing any questions.
The members of the FMB and the Faculty Student Management (FSM) at this dialogue session included Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong – Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Nguyen Huu Khanh Nhan – Vice Dean of Faculty, Mr. Phan Thanh Duy - Student Affairs Officer of the Faculty, Mr. Le Duc Thinh - Academic Affairs Officer of the Faculty, and Head/Deputy Head of Departments. At the beginning of the session, Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong introduced the latest updates from the faculty and the university, including the student training roadmap, English proficiency graduation requirements and important regulations and rules. The FMB also emphasized the importance of complying with the university's regulations. The most important part of the dialogue was the Q&A session, where the FMB and the FSM took the time to listen to and answer students' questions. This helped to promptly resolve the problems that students were facing. To promote the learning spirit of students of the FEEE, we also awarded extremely attractive scholarships to students in this afternoon's meeting.
To reinforce their knowledge of the regulations, students took a short quiz at the end of the dialogue. In addition, the performances by the students themselves created a lively and friendly atmosphere. The dialogue achieved its goal, helping the FMB and the FSM grasp the wishes and difficulties of the students, while creating conditions for students to find answers to their questions. This contributed to the development and improvement of the FEEE.
