To listen to students' opinions, thoughts, and aspirations and to provide timely support and solutions to their concerns, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE) at Ton Duc Thang University held the 4th Student Dialogue Session on March 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM in Hall 2A. The session was attended by the Faculty Management Board (FMB) and faculty members.
Participants in the dialogue included Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong – Dean of FEEE, Mr. Phan Thanh Duy - Student Affairs Officer of the Faculty, Mr. Le Duc Thinh - Academic Affairs Officer of the Faculty along with Heads/Vice Heads of Departments and academic advisors for students from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 cohorts.
At the beginning of the session, Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong introduced the latest updates from the faculty and the university, including the student training roadmap, English proficiency graduation requirements, and postgraduate study opportunities such as the 4+1 Master’s program. Additionally, the FMB and student affairs representatives reminded students about the university’s regulations and policies, emphasizing the importance of strict compliance. During the session, faculty members and academic advisors took the time to listen to students' questions and concerns and provided timely solutions.
At the end of the session, students participated in a short quiz to review university regulations, followed by lively musical performances from students. The dialogue session provided an opportunity for the FMB and student affairs representatives to gain a better understanding of students' needs and challenges. At the same time, it allowed students to find answers to their concerns, contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the FEEE.
