The Master Program in Communications Engineering is designed for graduates of bachelor’s programs in electronics and telecommunications engineering or related fields who are currently employed in private companies, public agencies, and not-for-profit organizations that are operating in the field of telecommunications. The Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE) at Ton Duc Thang University is proposing the creation of the Communications Engineering (CE) graduate degree program, with the goals of preparing FEEE graduates to join a high-quality educated workforce for telecommunications, an area of national and international need. Employment for the research and design units at the national and international telecommunication corporation, as well as the team of professors and researchers in academic institutions must obtain high level of knowledge to satisfy the demand of the field.
The creation of graduate degrees in Communications Engineering will contribute to meeting the strategic goals of the university by providing affordable, accessible, and pedagogically-structured education and research programs. The formalized degree programs will provide research opportunities for graduate students to contribute to the development of the country and to achieve the vision of the university to become a top-level research university as well.
