Working session with Professor Rupak Kharel, 
University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom

          On October 13, 2022, at the 5th floor of Inspire Library, Ton Duc Thang University, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE) had the honor to welcome Prof. Rupak Kharel, University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom. The Faculty had a face-to-face exchange with Professor on Computer Science, Cybersecurity,Communication and Signal Processing areas. Regarding the participants, there was the presence of Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau – Dean of the FEEE, Dr. Tran Thanh Phuong – Vice-Dean of the FEEE, Dr. Huynh Van Van – Assistant Dean, and Dr. Nguyen Nhat Tan – Head of Communication and Signal Processing Research Group (COSMIG).

          At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Rupak Kharel introduced himself as well as the University of Central Lancashire. He has 17 years of dedication in the fields of R&D (Research and Development), Software Engineering, and Application Development. He also published and co-authored more than 100 scientific papers in areas such as IoT (Internet of Things), Cybersecurity, Connected Vehicles, Intelligent Systems, and Communication Systems. With the Professor's great contributions to the major, the FEEE was pleased to invite him to be the Adj. Professor for the Faculty. Following that, the FEEE had an introduction part to the Communication and Signal Processing Research Group (COSMIG) and invited Professor to join the cooperation.

          Through the meeting, the FEEE agreed on mutual cooperation with Prof. Rupak Kharel. Accompanying the FEEE to participate in developing the Communication and Signal Processing Research Group (COSMIG) is the first step of the research group's breakthroughs later. It is also the Faculty's honor to cooperate with Prof. Rupak Kharel.
